Primary Responsibilities: | ·
Planning and managing customer experience survey operations to ensure the timely collection of reliable and trustworthy data. ·
Coordinating with local customer satisfaction & loyalty development owners to ensure process operation effectively. ·
Support database clean up
·
Building analyses used to report status and progress to senior and executive management.
·
Help the development of Customer Satisfaction & Loyalty Development in Schneider Electric globally; include new initiative design and deployment, working structuring and training materials creation.
·
Other administration support to Customer Satisfaction & Loyalty global team.
| Qualifications Required: |
·
Related experience of customer experience management or market research is an advantage. ·
Exposure to international working experience is a plus. ·
Good knowledge & experience of Microsoft Software, especially in Excel or Access ·
Good analytical and problem solving skills. ·
Good communication (both oral and written )skills ·
Proficiency of written and spoken English is a must. Education Requirement: | ·
Engineering or Business Administration study at Bachelor’s Degree level or
