Job Description:
1. Provide administrative & logistic support to HR team
2. Arrange management meetings & other business related meetings for HR members
3. Help to maintain communication lines with AP team
4. Support to collect related business information and data
5. Position posting & CV selecting for recruiting team
6. Act as key contact from Sales to BHC platform
Job Requirement:
Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent education background.
Experience: Junior or Senior student who can provide 4-5 days a week for internship
Knowledge & Skills:
Fluent of English, both in oral and written form
Good level of skill in use of computer applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Lotus Notes and Access
Good interpersonal communication
