目前在为全球领先的一家管理咨询企业找一名 Graphic Designer& Cordinator(平面设计+项目协调)


地点:上海


应届毕业生或工作1-3年皆可


愿意长期在平面设计发展


本科以上,市场/设计或相关专业


英语:流利(很多客户和同事都是外国人)


熟练使用平面设计软件(如Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)


一定要非常熟练地使用PPT,能将Presentation最好地展示给客户

- My client is a global Management Consultancy.
- The Graphics is reseponsible for PPT design, file design and other products' design.
- S/He should have a good command of Design Software (such as Indesign/Illustrator/Photoshop. )

Job Title: Coordinator, Graphics
Reports to: Team Leader, Graphics & Translation
Location: Based in Shanghai and supporting Greater China
Position: Full Time
POSITION SUMMARY:
Support graphics materials production. This includes: Producing slides and charts;
apply Graphics standards to ensure timely, accurate and high-quality slide production;
technical support for graphics issues; perform other administrative duties as
assigned.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
 Produce PowerPoint presentations based on Bain corporate standards with particular
emphasis on accuracy and speed
 Adjust layout and design to improve visual impact of presentation graphics
 Provide technical support for trouble-shooting of basic graphical issues
 Keep slide consistency in layout and design, ensure quality and slide standards upheld
office-wide
 Work collaboratively with other team members on case team support
 Prioritize individual’s work appropriately based on request deadlines
 Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
 College / Bachelor's degree major in marketing, graphic design or related
 High level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
 Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel; Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, etc.
 Minimum 1-3 years’ experiences in marketing, branding or graphics production functions in
Foreign Enterprises / Multinational Company. Experience working in a professional services
environment preferred
 Ownership of the production process including output quality, on time delivery,
communications
 Good customer service attitude. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines, assist to
work on multiple tasks simultaneously
 Good team player, communicate and work with team members effectively
 Availability to work overtime without prior notice
 Good verbal and written English skills
 Experience in digital and press print production practices will be a plus
Hours:
 Office working hours are 9.00am – 6.00pm, Mon – Fri, though flexibility beyond these
core hours may be required to meet client & business needs
