This is a position working with service lead and the team together to standardize processes & procedure, facilitate daily tasks and better manage resources.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES/KNOWLEDGE
1. Understand every project’s current status, and make sure all processes and procedures are under company/department policy
2. Maintain accurate records of resource utilization
3. File project documents and data, and upload to company database if necessary
4. Input data into systems and generate reports
5. Provide support to associates for PPT slides and other client deliverables
6. Arrange and organize internal meetings and events
7. Keep employees’ schedule up-to-date, update whiteboard for employees’ current locations and scheduled return date
8. Assist the lead and the team on administration and process
9. Various processes tracking
10. Other supportive tasks assigned by the lead
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor degree with 0+ year experience working in MNC office environment
2. Strong responsibility, punctual, professional and committed
3. Attention to details and performing miscellaneous task efficiently and effectively
4. Willing to take miscellaneous and tiny work
5. Good time management skill, multi-tasking
6. Good interpersonal and strong coordination skills
7. Good interpersonal skills
8. Energetic and dynamic
9. Must be a quick-learner
10. Self motivated and highly organised
11. Able to maintain confidentiality
12. Fluent in both spoken and written English
13. Excellent computer and office software skills, especially for MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook applications
14. Project management experiences is a plus
